We'll make this simple! We do not give out any of your personal information to any person, entity, or organization that is not directly involved with getting your order to you. (ie FedEx needs your address to deliver) We want our privacy and know you do too. We haven't had a single privacy or security issue in all the years we have been in business, and intend to keep it that way. Period.

Shipping Charges
None! Unless you have some special needs, such as a lift gate, your order will ship for free. Please contact us at (989) 427-5444 or send an e-mail to customer service if you need any special arrangements.

Shipping Information
We have tried to make it as simple for you as possible to receive your bed in good condition. We package them to be damage resistant and in manageable boxes. We usually send them via FedEx, which delivers right to your door. You don't even have to be there. We can also send them to your work, to your cabin, or any other address you want in the Continental US! And of course you can pick them up yourself right here in Central Michigan.
