Northern White Cedar grows in Northern Michigan and Canada. It withstands the abuse of seasonal elements without breaking down or rotting like other woods. It is a beautiful light tan color when freshly milled. It will darken with age, but can be treated with a good quality finish to help retain its color. Our Cedar Log products should give you years of trouble free service. You will notice cracks- some small and some larger in your rustic furniture. This occurs naturally in the drying process and adds to the rustic look of our products. These cracks do not diminish the function or design of our furniture. Our outdoor swings and lawn chairs are made of solid cedar components which is rot resistant. The frames are constructed of 3"-5"cedar poles. The poles look rustic with the natural knots and season cracks. The seats are contoured for that perfect fit usually not found in most log furniture. The backs are made of straight 1X4 or 1X3 cedar boards and are secured with screws, not staples for added strength and durability. Some assembly required. Only: $ 126.00
