Up North Series Rustic Nightstands

Designing and building the Up North Series Furniture with your cabin on the lake
in mind, we got three thumbs up at the log home show when first introducing it
this year. You will be pleasantly surprised with the craftsmanship of this line of
rustic furniture for the low price you have to pay. By purchasing directly from us,
the manufacturer, you cut out the middleman and save yourself some of that
hard-earned dough!

Lodge Series Log Nightstands

Our Lodge Series furniture is manufactured right here in our own facility. We use 1
½ inch tops that have draw-knifed edges to give it that unique rustic look. We
also use solid Pine drawer fronts and face frames and drawer pulls. Both front and
back corners have decorative logs as well as log trim on the top and bottom of the
cabinet fronts. The 16" drawers are constructed of ½" Birch plywood
designed for drawer stability and are attached to the drawer front using a hidden
sliding dovetail joint.

Mountain Series Nightstands

Our Mountain Series Furniture is made without altering the natural shape of the
log used in the construction. In most cases, only the bark has been removed,
leaving knots, curves, worm tracks and other natural variances in the wood. The
furniture made in this series is generally slightly larger in diameter and less
uniform than the other series because it hasn’t been machined as much as the
other series on our site. Because they are slightly larger, they are also
slightly heavier as well.

Cabin Series Nightstands

The Cabin Series Furniture is a bit more refined than our other
furniture. The logs are more uniform in size and character and are smooth
with most of the knots machined off, but still have that unique one of a kind
look with the different wood grains and contrasting colors of the sapwood and
heartwood. This series is also finished with a clear acrylic finish, which
protects the wood from stains.

Cottage Series Nightstands

The Cottage Pine Nightstands are constructed using solid Pine throughout. Log
handles have been added to give them that complimentary rustic style. The drawers
also have solid pine fronts, backs, and sides. The drawer opening slide utilizes
a single center extension with plastic edge guides. These nightstands go well
with our Pine and White Cedar beds.
