By accepting delivery of product, you the customer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Great Lakes Rustics LLC agree that the only terms governing the transactions between you and Great Lakes Rustics LLC are those listed below. Any attempt to change these terms by the customer shall be considered null and void. The terms and conditions below may be changed at any time with out prior written notice by Great Lakes Rustics LLC.
Great Lakes Rustics LLC refund guarantee
Great Lakes Rustics LLC offers a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you have not altered it in any way you may return it at your expense (you pay shipping), minus a 15% restocking fee for a refund except defective or damaged merchandise. Always inspect your shipment immediately, while the truck is still there to be sure there are no damages. If the truck driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment you must note on the freight bill, "Driver would not wait for inspection." Do not sign for it if it is damaged. It will be sent back at no charge to you and we will replace it. Please call and report all delivery problems immediately. If the product is defective, call us (1-888-771-2194) or the manufacturer and the defective part will be taken care of. The natural season cracks found in our log and furniture are not considered a defect and the warranty does not cover this natural drying process. Product abuse voids warranty.
Return Policy
You may not return any item without an authorized RMA except when refusing a damaged shipment. You must call or e-mail for an RMA request. We will not accept any returns without an RMA and the RMA numbers should be prominently displayed on the returned package.
- The customer is responsible for shipping any returned product.
- The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof on delivery and insurance for the entire value of the product.
- The customer bears all shipping costs and responsibility for the returned product.
- The customer is responsible for re-packing the product in its original packaging.
Manufacturers Warranties:
- Our Hickory Furniture comes with a 25 year warranty on all parts. The Adult Rocker has a LIFETIME warranty.
- The rest of our Amish products come with a 1 year warranty on all parts.
- All other products come with a one year warranty on all parts.
